Sri Kamachi Pipes Supplies

Our shop is located at No. 60, M.K.N Road, Alandur, Guindy, and it’s a pretty easy place to find once you get onto the main road. We call the business Sri Kamachi Pipes Supplies. Mostly, we just sell pipes and the different parts that go with them for plumbing or construction. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit crowded with all the inventory stacked up to the ceiling. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. The traffic outside can get really bad during the evenings, but we stay open until it dies down. My brother handles the sales and I usually look after the deliveries. We have a small truck that we use to get things to local sites around Guindy. It isn't a huge operation. Just a few of us making sure people get the right size pipes for their projects. Sometimes a homeowner comes in confused about what they need, and we spend a bit of time looking at their sketches to figure it out. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just drop in or call the landline. We drink a lot of coffee from the stall down the street while we wait for deliveries. It’s a simple way to make a living. We know most of the plumbers who work in Alandur by name. That’s how we’ve kept going all these years. We just keep at it every day.
