Keerthi Enterprises

If you are heading toward the Vandalur Zoo, you will see us at No. 60. Keerthi Enterprises is right there on the opposite side of the road. We’ve been at this spot for a good while now. It's a busy area with all the visitors going to see the animals, but we mostly deal with our regular stuff inside the shop. We stock a bit of everything that people in Vandalur might need for their daily lives. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know exactly where everything is kept on the shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the traffic and buses passing by outside, so we spend a fair amount of time sweeping up and keeping things tidy. The staff here is just a couple of local guys who know the neighborhood and the people living here. We open early in the morning and stay open until it gets dark. Most of our day is spent talking to customers or checking the inventory in the back. We don't have a big website or a social media page. People just know we are across from the zoo and stop in when they're passing by for something they forgot. We try to keep the prices fair for everyone. It’s a simple business. We don't do anything too fancy or high-tech. Just keeping the shop running and making sure we have what people are looking for. It’s hard work sometimes, but we like being part of the community here in Vandalur.
