Sri Balaha Construction Private Limited

Sri Balaha Construction is located in Raja Annamalai Puram. The address is New No. 2, which used to be Old No. 9, on Annai Nagammai Street. People still get the numbers mixed up sometimes, so we have to explain it when someone new is visiting. RA Puram is a nice area, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a simple space, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the movies. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of rolls of site plans. We’ve been doing construction work for quite some time now, focusing on the day-to-day tasks of building and managing projects. It’s a lot of coordination between the people in the office and the workers at the site. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving back and forth. We don't have a marketing strategy or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been how we get by. We just try to be fair and do the work the way it’s supposed to be done. Some days are long, and the heat in Chennai doesn't help, but we’re a stubborn bunch. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s a small operation, but we take it seriously and try to keep things honest and clear for everyone involved in the build.
