We’re located at 28/42 Mavadivinayagar Koil Street, just off Lloyds Road here in Chennai. Sri Avanih Housing Private Limited is our small business where we handle all things related to housing. Chennai is a loud, fast city, and our street is no different. There’s always someone passing by or a motorbike zipping past. We spend our time trying to help people find a place to call home. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more talking on the phone. We aren’t the kind of company that uses big, fancy words to sound impressive. We’re just local people who know the housing market in this part of town. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders and maps, but we know where everything is. We started this because we liked the idea of being involved in the neighborhood. We don’t have a flashy office with glass walls; it’s more of a comfortable place where we can sit down and have a real conversation. Dealing with property can be stressful, so we try to keep things as calm as possible. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do our best every day and hope it’s enough. It’s been a long journey to get where we are, and we’re just happy to be working here in Chennai. The door is usually open to let in a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in the city noise too.
