Sree Subhiksha Housing & Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. operates out of No:10 on First Main Road in Vengeeswarar Nagar. Vadapalani is a place we know inside out. Our office is tucked away in a spot that’s mostly quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We focus on housing projects, mostly around this side of the city. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve been at this address for a good bit. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends who live in the buildings we’ve worked on. The office has a lot of architectural drawings and site plans lying around. Sometimes we’re all out on a construction site, and other times we’re stuck here at the desks doing the legal bits. It’s a lot of back and forth. Vengeeswarar Nagar is a friendly area, and we like being part of the local scene. We handle the planning and the construction side of things. It’s hard work and some days are longer than others, especially when a project is finishing up. We try to keep things honest and just tell people what the costs and timelines really look like.
