Sree Aurelia Infra Private Limited has its office at No. 21/13 on North Cresent Road in T Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know T Nagar is usually a chaotic place full of shoppers, but North Cresent Road is actually a bit more tucked away and quieter. We like it that way because it gives us some room to breathe while we work on our infrastructure plans. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; we are a dedicated group that focuses on getting local infra projects off the ground. Most of our day is spent looking at site reports or talking to contractors. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of folders. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big lobby. We just focus on the work. T Nagar is a good base for us because we can get to almost anywhere in the city from here without too much trouble, though the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. We handle the usual ups and downs of the construction world, like prices for steel going up or finding enough labor for a site. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the bumps in the road. We just try to stay honest about what can be done and keep the projects moving forward as best as we can.
