Spr Mall Infradevelopers Private Limited is located right in the middle of the chaos in Sowcarpet. Our office is at No. 57 Narayanamudali Street. If you’ve ever been to this part of Chennai, you know how crowded and busy it is. There are people and carts everywhere, and it’s always loud. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. We focus on development and infrastructure stuff, which is a lot of coordination and planning. It’s hard to get anything through these narrow streets, but we manage. Our team is used to the noise. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans spread out on old desks. We aren't a shiny new startup. We are more of a "get your boots on and go" kind of operation. The buildings around here are old, and the work can be complicated. We don't have a lot of time for fancy speeches or long meetings about visions. We just look at what the project needs and try to find the best way to do it without getting in everyone’s way. It’s a lot of manual work and dealing with the city’s quirks. Sometimes the power goes out or the street is blocked, and you just have to wait it out. We just keep at it because that’s the only way things get finished around here. It is just part of the daily grind.
