Our office is at No. 36, Kvr Nagar in Gangaikondan. Being in Tamil Nadu, especially in this area, means we are often dealing with the heat and the dust from construction sites. Spic Jel Engineering Construction Ltd is a place where we mostly talk about steel, concrete, and timelines. The office itself is quite plain. We have some plastic chairs, a few big tables for drawings, and a shelf full of helmets and safety gear. It feels like a site office because that is mostly what we do. We aren't sitting around in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of the staff are out in the field, and this place in Kvr Nagar is where we come back to do the paperwork. It’s a bit noisy with the fans going and people coming in and out. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR department. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to catch us between site visits. We drink a lot of water and try to stay out of the sun when we can. The building is simple, just one of many in the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that the locals know us. We just focus on the engineering and the building side of things. It’s a basic operation but it works for what we need. Nothing fancy, just a local engineering firm trying to build things right.
