Span Housing Limited

We operate out of Thiruvanmiyur, specifically at 83/30/1 in Sundar Enclave on Valmiki Street. Being near the coast means we get that salty air, which is nice, but it also means we have to be careful with the building materials we use. We’ve been here at Span Housing for a while, focusing on local housing needs. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which makes it a good place to work. Our office is fairly basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of printed plans hanging on the walls. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Most of our work comes from people who see our signs at construction sites or know someone we’ve worked with before. We spend a lot of time talking to site supervisors and making sure the supplies like cement and sand arrive on time. It can be a bit stressful when there are shortages, but we manage. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we’ve seen all the common problems. We don't pretend to have all the answers, but we work hard to figure things out. Sometimes we stay late when a project is reaching a milestone, but usually, we try to get home at a decent hour. It’s a practical business run by people who actually know how a house is put together. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly.
