Our place is in Velachery, right on 7th Cross Street in Rajalakshmi Nagar. We’re at number 6/14. Velachery is a lively area, and being near the 600042 zone means there’s always something happening. We work on housing projects around Chennai. The office is just a regular house we converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable and feels a bit like home. There are usually a few of us here drafting plans or making calls to suppliers. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and hoping people notice. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it pours, which is a bit of a headache, but we make it through. We’ve seen many families move into the buildings we’ve worked on. It’s a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure materials show up on time. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. We just tell it like it is. It’s a lot of long hours and checking details over and over. Every project has its own set of problems, but we just deal with them as they come up. We’ve been in Rajalakshmi Nagar for a while and plan to stay. It's a good community to be a part of. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just putting up walls and roofs for people who need them.
