Southland Developers Llp is situated over in Selaiyur. Our place is at 12 A Bharathi Poonga Street. It’s in that area between Chennai and Kancheepuram, which keeps us pretty busy. We’ve been working from this street for a good bit now. It’s a local neighborhood, not some big industrial park. We like it that way because it feels more personal. Most of what we do involves development work around this part of the state. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make things work. The office on Bharathi Poonga Street is where we keep all our maps and documents. It’s often a bit messy with all the rolls of paper everywhere. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people and do our jobs. If you know Selaiyur, you know it’s a growing area. We’ve seen a lot of new things go up around here recently. We just keep doing our part. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Tamil Nadu. We just want to do decent work from our base in 600073. It’s a straightforward business and we don't feel the need to dress it up with fancy talk.
