We've been operating out of 31A Uppilipalayam Main Road for a while now. Varadharajapuram is where we handle most of our daily work at Sonder Properties And Ventures Llp. It’s a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our door. Most days we are just busy with paperwork or meeting folks who stop by the office to ask about land or buildings. It isn't a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We started this because we knew the local area well and wanted to work for ourselves. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. If you walk down Varadharajapuram, you'll probably see our sign. People around here know us by name, which is how we like it. We try to be straight with everyone who comes in. Real estate can be a headache, so we just do our part to handle the local stuff without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s a job like any other, really. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep showing up at the office and doing what needs to be done for the day.
