Smrh Infrabuild Private Limited

Smrh Infrabuild is located at 11/3B on West Manimegalai Street. We are in East Tambaram, which is a busy part of the Kancheepuram district. The office is just a regular room in a building where we’ve been for a few years now. It gets pretty loud with the trains and the buses nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The desk is always covered in scraps of paper with phone numbers and measurements written on them. We don't have a professional decorator; we just put up some photos of the houses we’ve finished over the years. My sister handles the paperwork while I go out to the sites to talk to the cement guys. It’s a lot of running around in the Chennai heat. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything for guests. Usually, people just pull up a plastic chair and we talk about their project. There is a small tea stall just down the street that we visit way too often. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone sees our name on a board at a construction site and gives us a call. It’s a straightforward way to work. We have a lot of files to organize, but there never seems to be enough time in the day. We just try to keep things moving forward as best as we can. It is just everyday work for us.
