Smart Service Network

Our office is over in Welcome Colony, specifically at 29/11 in the Thirumangalam area of Chennai. It’s a settled part of the city where things feel familiar. We’ve been running the Smart Service Network from this spot for some time now. The office itself is pretty straightforward and functional. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of phone lines that seem to ring all day. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we always have the fans going at full speed. Most of our day is spent talking to people and trying to fix whatever issues or requests come our way. It’s a service-based setup, so there’s always something new to do. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans or fancy posters on the walls. We just show up and get to work. The building is fairly easy to find once you are in the Welcome Colony neighborhood. It’s a regular Chennai street with people going about their daily business. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially the horns, but we’re used to it by now. We handle a wide variety of different requests here. It’s not a fancy corporate environment at all. The chairs are a bit old and we have stacks of papers sitting on most of the surfaces. We started this network to help bridge the gap for local services in the area. It’s just a small team of us working together. We try to be helpful and honest with everyone.
