We are located on Radhakrishnan Saai. It’s a small operation, mostly just a room filled with old computer towers, tangled ethernet cables, and a few workbenches. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone hunched over a motherboard with a soldering iron or trying to figure out why a router isn't working. It’s not a shiny retail store with new laptops on display. We mostly deal with the guts of the machines—the parts that people don't see until they break. There’s a constant hum of fans and the smell of warm electronics in the air. We take in repairs from people in the neighborhood and sometimes go out to set up networks for small offices nearby. It can be a bit chaotic with all the spare parts lying around, and we aren't always the best at keeping the desk organized. But we know where everything is, more or less. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy ads. Most people find us because they heard from a friend that we could fix their slow computer or get their internet back up. It’s honest work, and we enjoy the challenge of figuring out a difficult technical problem. We just do what we can to help people get back online and keep their systems running. It’s not glamorous, but there’s always something new to fix, which keeps the days from getting too boring and keeps our hands busy.
