Sm Engineering Work

Sm Engineering Work is located at 6/17 Anbu Street in Ekkattuthangal. It’s a busy little area, and being so close to the Metro Railway Station means there is always people moving around. You can hear the trains passing by every few minutes, which becomes a sort of clock for us. Our shop is tucked into the street among other small businesses. It’s not a massive factory, just a ground-floor space where we handle the engineering jobs that come in. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have raw materials delivered, but we manage to keep it organized enough to work. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just walking down Anbu Street. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of use over the years. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work on the benches. It’s a bit humid here, so we keep the doors open to get whatever breeze we can from the street. We don’t have a website or a social media person. If someone needs something done, they just come by and talk to us. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us by name. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if the city noise gets a bit much sometimes when the traffic jams up outside.
