SIVAKUMAR CONSTRUCTIONS AND TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been operating out of Alandur for a while now. Our office is right there on Sowri Street, number 70A. It's a busy area in Chennai, but it works for us. Mostly, we handle construction work and some trading on the side. It's a small team here. We spend a lot of time at sites or dealing with materials. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but that is how it goes when you're running a business like Sivakumar Constructions and Trading Private Limited. People in the neighborhood might see us coming and going throughout the day. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we get things done. We've stayed in this part of Chennai because it's convenient for reaching different parts of the city. Construction isn't always easy, there are delays with supplies or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just keep moving. Trading takes up the rest of our time. We deal with various goods depending on what's needed. It's a bit of a mix, really. We don't spend much time on social media or making big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or just seeing our sign on Sowri Street. We are just regular folks working in the building trade, trying to do a decent job every day. If you are around Alandur, you've probably passed our place without thinking much of it. That is fine by us.
