Site Engineer

I run my site engineering work from No.318-H in Natesa Nagar, right on the 2nd Main Road in Virugambakkam. Chennai-92 is a busy residential hub, and there’s always something being renovated or built from scratch around here. I’ve spent most of my career on construction sites, and I prefer it that way. Sitting in an office all day doesn't get the pillars straight or the roof cast properly. My job is basically to be the eyes and ears on the ground. I check the reinforcements, supervise the concrete pouring, and make sure the labor is staying on track. It’s not a polished job; I’m usually covered in some kind of grit by the end of the day. The Natesa Nagar address is where I keep my equipment and sit down to go over the site reports. I don't use any fancy marketing language because the work speaks for itself. If the building is solid and the owners are happy, that’s enough for me. I’ve seen a lot of changes in Virugambakkam over the years, and I’ve worked on a variety of different projects, from small houses to larger commercial blocks. I try to keep a close eye on the budget and the materials because I know how quickly costs can spiral out of control in this business. It’s just about being practical and staying on top of the small details every single day.
