You can find us over at Rttan Complex on Moore Street. We are in Room 106 on the first floor. It’s a bit of a tight space, but it works for what we do. Shipping agency work involves a lot of back and forth with the docks and different transport guys. We spend our mornings checking where everything is and our afternoons making sure the documents are signed. It’s a lot of routine, but every day has its own little problems to solve. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team here trying to make sure things go smoothly for the people who trust us with their cargo. The building is older, but it’s right in the middle of where we need to be. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years. We just take it one shipment at a time and try not to overcomplicate things. If something goes wrong, we just fix it. That's really all there is to it. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the files on our desks. It’s not fancy, but it’s our living. We’ve been here long enough that the guards downstairs know us by name. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere every day and that is exactly how we like it.
