SHRI VIMALSWAMI INFRA LLP is located at Suraj Kunj, which is New No. 18 on 5th Street in Rutland Gate. We are right in the Nungambakkam area of Chennai. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character. Our office is in an older building that has a bit of history to it. We like it here because it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We mostly handle infrastructure and development projects around the city. It’s a small group of us working here. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We spend a lot of our time dealing with city regulations and making sure our site crews have what they need. Chennai weather can be tough on construction, so we have to plan around the monsoon and the heat. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find us through business contacts or by seeing our name on site boards. We just try to stay busy and keep our heads down. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to work late to get the numbers right, but that’s just how it goes. If you are around Nungambakkam, Rutland Gate is a nice area to walk through. We've been at this spot for a while and it suits us just fine. We just take things one day at a time.
