Shri Vari Infrastructure

You can find us over at Rose Apartments on Kuppuswamy Street. We are on the first floor in unit F1. Nanganallur is a pretty busy residential area, and this street is right in the middle of it. The apartment building is a bit older, which gives it a familiar feel. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss the turn. Working from an apartment means the office feels a bit more like a home. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and plenty of space for our blueprints and project folders. The stairs are a bit narrow, but it's only one flight up. Outside, the street can get crowded with scooters and delivery vans, especially in the mornings. There is a nice breeze that comes through the balcony area when the weather is right. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, someone just hears the door and comes to see who it is. It is a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done without too much distraction. We keep a kettle in the back for coffee and tea. Most of the people who come by are local residents or people we’ve been working with for a while. The neighborhood is friendly and we’ve gotten to know the shopkeepers on the corner. It’s a simple, honest place to run our infrastructure business from day to day.
