Shri Lohitaksh Ventures Private Limited

We are located at 33/103 on Vaikasi Street, which is in the Chinmaya Nagar part of Virugambakkam. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to these streets. Our office for Shri Lohitaksh Ventures is a practical space. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a shelf that’s overflowing with project binders and old ledger books. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when we’re looking at fine print late in the evening. Virugambakkam is a lively area, and being near Natesa Nagar means there’s always something happening nearby. We usually start the day early, before the sun gets too high and the heat really kicks in. There’s no big reception desk or anyone in a suit here. Usually, it’s just the staff in casual clothes, arguing over where a specific file went or who used the last of the printer paper. We do a lot of coordination for the various ventures we have going on. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and vendors. Sometimes we have meetings right there in the middle of the room because the small cabin is full of supplies. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us. We don’t mind the clutter as long as the work is moving along. Every evening, we lock up and head out into the Chennai traffic, ready to do it all again tomorrow.
