Shri Kanchi Steel Private Limited

Out in M.M.D.A. Colony, you will find Shri Kanchi Steel Private Limited. We are located at number 14 on the M.M.D.A. Main Road, which is a place that always has a lot of construction going on. Our yard is filled with steel bars and all sorts of materials used for building. It gets quite dusty because of all the heavy trucks that come and go throughout the day. We spend our time measuring out the steel and making sure it is ready for the builders to pick up. It involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around in the sun. We aren't the kind of company that wears suits or sits in fancy meetings. We are usually just out there in our work gear, dealing with the heat and the metal. The gate stays open all day, and we have a tiny office where we keep our records and some drinking water. Sometimes people from the colony stop by for small bits of steel for their own homes, and we help them out with whatever they need. We don't have a mission statement or any promotional talk. We just want to make sure the metal is weighed correctly and people get what they came for. We keep a water jug in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. It is a long day from morning until the gates close at night, but we just take it one load at a time.
