SHRI KAMATCHI CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is based over in Kodambakkam on Rangarajapuram Main Road. Our office is at 25A. It's a lively neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for some time. Construction work is what we do. It’s mostly about managing the local sites and making sure the materials arrive when they should. We don't have a big fancy storefront. Just a practical space where the team gathers in the morning. Usually, there’s coffee going and someone is looking at a site map. Rangarajapuram is a good place to be because we are close to a lot of our projects. We do a mix of things, some small renovations and some bigger builds. It’s never really the same two days in a row. Sometimes the weather slows us down or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble. That’s just how this business goes. We have a few people in the office handling the accounts and the permits. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We like the local feel of Kodambakkam. Most of the people around here know us by now. We don't spend much on marketing because our work usually speaks for itself when people see the finished buildings. We just focus on the task at hand and try to avoid any unnecessary drama. It’s straightforward work for us and we keep things simple because that's what works.
