We are tucked away on Chakrappani Street Extension in West Mambalam. Shreenidhi Shelters Llp is at 31/10/1. If you know Chennai, you know West Mambalam is a very tight-knit, busy neighborhood. It’s full of old houses and narrow streets, and we are right in the middle of it. We like being here because it feels like a real community. Our office isn't some big glass building. It is just a modest space where we handle our property and shelter projects. Most of the time, the street outside is humming with people going to the market or the temple. We have been working from this location for quite a bit. We spend our time looking at plans and talking to local residents about their housing needs. We don't go for those long, complicated speeches. We just explain how things work in plain English or Tamil. It is better for everyone that way. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we don't mind. We are used to the quirks of West Mambalam. We just focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the buildings are solid. We aren't trying to be famous or anything. We just want to do our jobs well so people can have a roof over their heads. It's a decent way to earn a living. Being here feels right for us and our small team.
