We are located over at No.15 Kakkan Nagar on the 1st Cross Street in Adambakkam. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a lot like home even when we are working. We’ve been operating here for some time now, mostly focusing on local promotions and development projects. The office is tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but we like it that way. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff like talking to engineers or checking on site progress. Adambakkam has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it happen from our desks. We don't put on airs here. Most people who come by are just neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites making sure things are actually happening the way they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or transport issues, which is frustrating but part of the life. We keep our files in old cabinets and use a regular computer for the rest. It’s not a shiny corporate environment, just a place where work gets done. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it takes. It’s a steady pace here, and we prefer it that way instead of rushing around for no reason. It keeps our stress levels down and the quality of life better.
