Shree Balaji Clearing Agents (P) Ltd.

Our place is on Angappa Naicken Street in the old part of town. We are on the first floor, the door number is 154, but the new number is 212. It gets a bit confusing for people visiting for the first time. This street is legendary for clearing agents and customs work. It’s always crowded with people and vehicles. We spend our time working on customs clearances for all sorts of goods. The office is a simple one. We have our desks, our computers, and way too much paperwork. It’s the kind of job where you are always checking rules and making sure every stamp is in the right place. The ceiling fans hum all day long. Outside, the street is noisy and full of life. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Most of us live nearby or have been commuting here for years. It’s a very traditional business environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, check what needs to be cleared at the port, and get to work. Sometimes the heat is a bit much, but we have our tea breaks to keep us going. It is a busy life, but it’s what we know. People come in with their documents, and we do our best to get them sorted out. There's always something to do with the port authorities or the transport guys. We just keep our heads down and work.
