Shail Nandni Construction Privatelimited is based out of Chiknoota W-28. It’s not a very fancy place, just a regular office where we handle all our construction business. Dealing with building projects in this area means we spend a lot of time traveling between different sites. Sometimes we are out all day looking at materials or checking on how the walls are coming up. The paperwork side of things happens at the desk here, though it’s not always the most exciting part of the job. We have been doing this for some time now and it’s mostly about getting the work done without too much fuss. There are days when things get delayed because of the weather or because a truck didn't show up on time, but that’s just how this industry works. Our name is a bit long, but most people around here just know us by the work we do on the ground. We don't use any high-end software or anything; it’s mostly sketches, physical files, and a lot of phone calls. There’s always some noise from the street nearby, and the office usually smells like coffee and old paper. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can see everything that’s happening. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to finish the projects we started in and around Chiknoota. We know the local guys who supply the bricks and sand, which makes things a little bit easier when we need something in a hurry. It’s just us doing our thing.
