Shah & Shah Steels

Shah & Shah Steels is located at Dp 115/2 Sp in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. We are right near the post office there, which is a good landmark if you're trying to find us. It’s an industrial area, so it’s full of trucks and the sound of machines. Our place is no different. We deal with steel, so there is always something heavy being moved around. The yard can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of stock coming in. It’s just the nature of the business. We aren't here to look pretty; we're here to handle the steel. The office is small and usually has a bit of dust from the yard. We’ve been in Ambattur for a long time. It’s a good spot for this kind of work. We know the other folks in the industrial estate. Most of the day is spent checking orders or making sure the loading is done right. It can be hard work, especially when it’s hot outside. We just keep at it. No one wears a suit here. We’re in our work boots and getting things sorted. It’s a straightforward operation. If you need to find us, just look for the post office and we’re right nearby. That’s pretty much all there is to it. We don't use fancy computers for everything, just the basics to keep track of the metal. It works for us and has for years.
