Sh Studio Homz Private Limited is based out of Nungambakkam in Chennai. If you know the area, we're on Josier Street. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of character. Our office is on the second floor of a building that has two numbers, 40 and 54. It can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers sometimes. We spend our days here working on home designs and projects. It’s a small team, and we don't have a receptionist or anything formal. We just answer the phones ourselves and do the work. The street outside can get pretty cramped with cars, but that’s just how it is in this part of Chennai. We’ve been in this space for a while and it suits us fine. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so there are usually stacks of files around. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people who know about houses and buildings. Sometimes we grab coffee from the place downstairs and talk about the current projects. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just show up, do the jobs we have on the schedule, and head home. That’s the reality of Sh Studio Homz. We're just a small office in Nungambakkam trying to do right by the projects we take on every day. It works for us and keeps us busy in 600034.
