S.E.V. Tiles Company

S.E.V. Tiles Company is located at 10-B, Nehru Road, which most people around here call 100 Feet Road. We are right in Arumbakkam, Chennai. This is a very busy part of the city. There’s always traffic and people walking by. Our shop is a bit small, but we pack a lot of tile samples into the space. We’ve been in this Arumbakkam spot for quite a while now. People stop in while they’re out running errands because we’re so close to everything. We spend our days showing people different colors and patterns. It can get a bit overwhelming with so many choices, but we just let people look at their own pace. Chennai weather is usually hot, so we keep a fan going all day. The floor is always covered in a bit of grout dust, no matter how much we sweep. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just us at the counter and a couple of guys helping move the heavy boxes in the back. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time parking on 100 Feet Road because it’s so crowded. We just make it work somehow. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just sell tiles to people in the neighborhood and try to be helpful when they have questions. It's a simple business and we like the people here.
