SERENE CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in T. Nagar at Kences Sundar on Raghavaiah Road. Serene Construction Developers Private Limited is based out of flat number 4A, which is a bit quiet compared to the main roads outside. Chennai traffic is always a mess so we usually try to get to the sites early in the morning before it gets too loud. We focus on development and building stuff that stays standing. It’s a lot of phone calls to contractors and making sure the materials show up when they say they will, which doesn't always happen. We have some blueprints spread out on the table and some samples of tiles that have been sitting there for months. It’s just a regular office with people working on computers and trying to figure out the next steps for our projects. T. Nagar is a busy place to work but it’s central for everyone. We don’t really do much advertising because we’re usually too busy with the actual construction side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out or head to a site to check on the progress. It’s not a glamorous life but we like seeing a building go up from nothing. We handle the paperwork and the permissions and all the other stuff so the builders can just do their jobs. It’s mostly just us trying to stay organized in the middle of a big city.
