Our office for Sendhamarai Engineering Pvt Ltd is located in the Selfin Apartments at Sc-4. The building is at number 54 on P.V. Rajamannar Sali, right in the heart of K K Nagr. It’s a bit unusual having an engineering firm in an apartment complex, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet so we can focus on the technical details of our projects. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. It’s just a regular office space where we spend most of our hours. K K Nagr is a busy area, and P.V. Rajamannar Sali always has people moving about, so there is plenty of life right outside the door. We handle a lot of engineering work that requires a good deal of concentration. Most days are spent looking at designs or talking to clients on the phone. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a nice enough spot, and the location is convenient for getting around the city. We don't use any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just come in, sit at our desks, and get the work finished. Sometimes we go out for a walk in the neighborhood to clear our heads. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to suit the team we have here just fine.
