SELVA SIVALAYAA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We have been working out of Madipakkam for a while now. Our office is in the City Dhaya Apartments, right on the 4th Main Road in Sadasivam Nagar. It's flat 177, up on the A-2 block. Most days it's just us handling paperwork and talking to people who want to build something. Chennai is getting crowded, and Madipakkam is no different. We spend a lot of time looking at sites and making sure the bricks and cement arrive on time. It is not always easy with the traffic around here, but we manage. Selva Sivalayaa Builders is basically just a group of us trying to get houses finished. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a simple office where we keep our files and meet the contractors. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, and the tea guy comes by around four. It’s a regular workspace. We deal with the local permits and the blueprints every single day. People come by to ask about plots or how long a wall will take to dry. We tell them what we know. There are no big speeches here. We just focus on the job at hand in this part of town. If you know the 4th Main Road, you know where we are. It’s a busy spot but it works for what we do.
