We started this thing here in Ambedkar Nagar on 2nd Street. Solar panels and all that stuff is what we do. It’s usually pretty hot in Selaiyur, so it makes sense to use the sun. People come by the office sometimes just to ask how the panels work. We fix things and we install things. It’s just a small team of us. Sometimes the traffic on this street is a bit of a mess but we manage to get our trucks out. We handle the mounting and the wiring too. It isn't anything too complicated, just solar work. We’ve been at this specific spot for a while now. The neighbors around here know who we are. It’s mostly about making sure the setups work right and the roofs don't leak after we are done. If someone needs solar, they usually find us by word of mouth. We don't do big ads or have a fancy marketing team. Just doing the job day by day. Selaiyur is a decent place to be based. We keep all our tools and the extra panels in the back room. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but that’s just how it goes. We deal with the batteries and the inverters too. It gets really busy during the summer months when everyone is worried about the power going out. Mostly it’s just about getting the panels up on the roofs and making sure everything is tidy. We try to keep things simple.
