Suntastic Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 19/20 Skylab Avenue in Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Siththalapakkam. The name Skylab Avenue always makes people smile, but we are just a regular solar business. We have panels leaning against the walls and batteries stacked up in the corner. It is usually bright and warm around here, which is good for what we do. Siththalapakkam is a bit of a growing area, so we see a lot of new buildings and houses going up around us. We spend a lot of time out on sites installing things, but 19/20 is where we keep all our gear and do the daily planning. It is not a polished showroom or anything. It is more of a staging ground for our projects. We have a few desks for the administrative stuff, but most of our time is spent handling the equipment and getting ready for the next job. We don't use big words to describe what we do here. We just put up the systems and make sure they are connected right. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on some wiring. Sometimes the local kids play out on the avenue while we are loading the vans for a trip. We are just a local team trying to do our part with the solar stuff. It is simple, everyday work for us and we just keep at it as best we can.
