Sms Sunman Solar is located at No. 6 Bharathidasan Nagar, right on the first lane road in Alapakkam. It is a neighborhood with lots of small streets, so getting the bigger delivery vans into our lane can be a real struggle sometimes. We spend our time working with solar panels and all the mounting gear that goes with them. Most of our work is done outside or in the storage area where it gets quite hot. We have a small office room where we keep the diagrams and do the billing, but it is usually a bit of a mess with wires and tools laying around. Alapakkam is a lively area, and the neighbors often stop by to see what we are unloading. We do not have any fancy corporate branding. It is just us doing the technical work and making sure the parts are all there. The sun is basically our business, so we are always checking the weather. We have some old fans in the office that barely keep the heat away. It is an honest job and we have been at this Alapakkam location for quite a while now. We drink a lot of water and just keep moving through the daily list of tasks. It is not a polished office environment, just a workspace for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty.
