Star Lights

We’re over at No. 34 Vsi Colony on the 100 Feet Road in Taramani. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you’ve probably passed by Star Lights a dozen times. We aren't one of those massive showrooms with bright neon signs that you can see from a mile away. We’re a bit more low-key than that. The shop is packed with different things, and sometimes it’s hard to move around without bumping into a fixture or a box on the floor. But people seem to like the variety we have. Taramani is a good spot for us. It’s always moving, and there’s always someone needing something for their house or office. We don't bother with fancy displays or high-pressure sales tactics. We just show people what we have and let them decide for themselves. Sometimes the dust gets on the glass and we have to spend the morning cleaning, which is never a fun job, but it’s part of the routine. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people on this stretch of 100 Feet Road. It’s a friendly vibe. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Chennai. We just want to be the place where people feel comfortable walking in and asking a question. If we have it, we’ll tell you. If we don't, we’ll probably tell you who might have it nearby. Just keeping it simple and honest. That's the way we like to run things here for our customers.
