Sea Eagle Developers Private Limited

We’ve been based out of Flat 3G in Udhayam Towers for a while now. K K Nagar is where everything happens for us. Sea Eagle Developers Private Limited isn't a big flashy firm. We started small, mostly doing work around P T Rajan Salai. It’s a busy area and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but being at number 17 puts us close to our projects. We spend most of our mornings looking at site plans and drinking tea from the stall downstairs. There are three or four of us who handle the day-to-day. We mostly look at residential spots around Chennai. It’s a lot of coordination with local contractors and making sure materials show up on time. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can sit down and get the paperwork sorted. People walk in sometimes just to ask about land prices in the neighborhood. We try to be helpful. Chennai has changed a lot since we started, especially around this part of the city. We see new buildings going up every week. It keeps us busy. We don't spend much on ads because word of mouth usually does the job. Most of our weekends are spent checking on sites or meeting with folks who want to build something simple. It’s just how we operate here at the office. We don't have corporate layers, just people who know the local streets.
