Sattva Engineering Construction Pvt Ltd. is located over on Greams Road. We are on the 4th floor of the Green Dugar building, in the North Wing. Thousand Lights is always a crowded area to work in, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. Our office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and yellow helmets sitting on the shelves. It’s a construction office, so it’s never perfectly clean. There is always a bit of dust from the site visits we do. We have a few big tables where we lay out plans and try to figure out how things are going to fit together. It’s not a quiet place because there is always someone on the phone talking to a supplier or a foreman. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in this part of town. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some old project photos and a calendar. It’s a practical workspace for people who get their hands dirty. We work hard, and sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. It’s just the way the construction business goes. We like being in this part of the city, even with the traffic and the constant sirens outside the windows.
