Satnaam Travels

We’ve been set up in Egmore for a good while now. Satnaam Travels is basically just a small office where we handle travel bookings and stuff like that. Chennai is a busy city, and being right here in Egmore means there is always something going on outside the door. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at schedules to help people get their trips sorted out. It isn't always easy because things change fast in the travel business, but we just get on with it. Tamil Nadu has so many places to visit, and people are always coming in asking about bus routes or train timings. Our space isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we work every day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic noise outside, but that is just part of being in this area. We try to be clear about what is available and what isn't. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for a simple way to get from one point to another without a lot of fuss. We stay open late most days to make sure everything is confirmed. It is a lot of looking at screens and talking to drivers, but it's what we do. We know the local roads and the long-distance routes well enough by now to give decent advice when someone asks.
