SATHYAPRABHU CONSTRUCTIONS is located in Velachery, Chennai. Our office is at No.6 on 8th Street in Tansi Nagar. Velachery has changed so much since we first started out. It used to be a lot of empty plots, and now it’s packed with houses and shops. We’ve been part of that growth, building residential projects for local folks. Our office is a simple place where we handle the day-to-day business. It’s not corporate at all. You’ll find piles of site reports and empty tea cups on the desks. We aren't interested in looking polished; we’re interested in getting the work done. The construction business is hard. You have to deal with rising material costs and find workers who actually show up on time. It’s a constant struggle, but we’ve been doing it for years now. We know all the local suppliers and we know which areas in Velachery are prone to flooding, so we plan around that. We don't have any big mission statements or goals to be the number one builder. We just want to keep our clients happy so they tell their neighbors about us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. We spend our days at the sites, getting our hands dirty and making sure things are built to last. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do. We’re just a local business trying to do honest work.
