We are located at No.9 on Signal Office Road. It’s inside the SBI Colony part of Anna Nagar in Pammal. Working in Chennai means you’re always dealing with the humidity and the sounds of the city, but this little pocket is actually decent. SARVESH CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED isn't a massive operation with a lobby and a receptionist. It's just us in a regular building doing our thing. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though it’s dusty when the wind picks up. We’ve got a couple of desks, a lot of files, and a kettle that’s always on. Most of our time is spent coordinating things over the phone. The neighbors in the colony are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet. It's funny how everyone knows everyone around here. You go out for lunch and see the same faces every single day. We chose this spot because it's easy for the staff to get to from different parts of Pammal. Pammal is changing fast, but our corner feels pretty steady. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy office. Just some old chairs and a lot of work to get through. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons, and we just sit and wait it out. It’s a very normal way to run a business. Nothing too complicated, just showing up and staying on top of the list.
