If you go down to the basement of Panna Plaza, at No 10, you’ll find us. We are right on Arcot Road in Kodambakkam, very close to the Power House Bus Stop. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler, which is nice in the Chennai heat, but it’s not the most glamorous location. We’ve got shops 73 and 74, mostly filled with monitors and towers. It gets pretty loud outside with the buses and the traffic on Arcot Road, but down here it’s usually just the sound of fans whirring. We’ve been here for quite some time. People usually find us because they’re waiting for a bus and see our sign, or they’ve been told about us by someone else in Kodambakkam. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or paintings for the walls. The shelves are just packed with hardware. It’s a practical space for practical work. We see a lot of students and office workers coming through. Some days are incredibly busy and the floor is covered in boxes, and other days it’s just us catching up on paperwork. We’re just regular people who know our way around a motherboard. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep the shop running and the customers satisfied. The stairs down to the basement are a bit steep, so watch your step. We try to keep the place organized, but it’s a constant battle with all the parts.
