We are located at No 91 in Ashok Nagar, right across from Vision Care Hospital. You’ll find us on the 80th Street, 1st Avenue side of things. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive at the wrong hour. Our place is pretty basic. We’ve got shelves lined with various bits of hardware and there’s always a few machines opened up on the main table. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a corporate office, and we prefer it that way. Most of the people who come in are locals from around Ashok Nagar who know us by name. We see a lot of the same faces month after month. The hospital across the street is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. Sometimes the street gets noisy with the ambulances or just general city life, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We’ve had this spot for a while now and the floor is a bit scuffed and the chairs have seen better days. It feels like a real workshop. There’s no script for how we talk to people, we just chat and figure out what’s needed with their tech. It's a simple way of doing things that seems to suit the area just fine. We keep some spare parts in the back room and a stack of old magazines for whoever might be waiting.
