You can find us inside Akshaya Plaza on Harris Road, which is just off Mount Road. It’s a busy building with a lot of different shops and offices. We’re at No 55 Gm 1. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes if you aren't used to it. The Galery name makes it sound like an art place, but it’s really just where we keep all the computer gear. We have shelves filled with different components and parts. People come in looking for specific things, or sometimes they just want someone to take a look at their laptop. It’s a small space, so we have to be organized, though it doesn’t always look that way. There’s usually a hum of computers running in the background. Harris Road is a good spot to be, even if parking can be a real headache around here. We’ve got regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s mostly just us chatting with customers and working on repairs. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We handle the day-to-day stuff, from software glitches to hardware that’s given up the ghost. It’s a practical little shop in a busy part of the city. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s what we know. Often we're here late finishing up some tricky board repair. That's just how the job goes sometimes.
