Bafna Computers

Mount Road is always a mess with traffic, especially near Narasingapuram Street. Our shop, Bafna Computers, is tucked away in the Plaza building. If you go down to Shop B2, that’s where you’ll find us. It’s not a huge place, just a few tables and plenty of boxes piled up in the corners. We’ve been here at No 17/7 for quite a while now. Most days are spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't behaving. It gets a bit dark in the basement level, but we have enough lights. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner forgets our order, but that’s just how it goes on a busy Monday. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. People mostly come in because they know we're here and we've been around the block. The street outside is narrow, so parking is a nightmare, which is why most folks just walk in from the main road. It's a lot of work keeping everything organized. Cables get tangled and we spend half the morning sorting through drawers of screws and old RAM sticks. It’s just how a computer shop in this part of town usually looks. We stay open until the evening, usually until the traffic on Mount Road starts to thin out a little bit, though it never really stops.
