Santhosh Associates

Santhosh Associates is based at No 94 G2 in the Colts View Apartments. We are located on Pillayar Koil Street in Maduvankarai, right in the Guindy area. Working out of an apartment like this makes the whole vibe feel very local and relaxed. You have to come through the main gate of the complex and find G2 on the ground floor. It is nice because we don't have to deal with the direct noise of the main Guindy roads, though Pillayar Koil Street has its own busy moments. The office is basically a converted flat. We have desks in what would have been the living room and our files are kept in the back. There is usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. It’s a bit of a maze with all the computer cables and printer wires running across the floor. We have some plants on the balcony that we forget to water sometimes. The neighborhood is full of families and other small businesses, so it feels very safe and friendly. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or talking to people about their house plans. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big lobby. It’s just us working in a quiet apartment, trying to get things right for the people who hire us. It’s a simple way to work and it suits us just fine for now.
