Sangamam Properties

Our place is at number 8, Misa Abraham Street. It’s in KK Nagar, and if you know where Anjali Mahal is, we are right near there. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, though it gets a bit busy when there’s a wedding or something at the hall. Sangamam Properties has been here for a bit. We are just a local setup. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find me or one of the guys sitting there with a ledger. We deal with land and houses around this part of the city. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions, and we help with that too. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. The office is a bit old, and the fan makes a clicking noise, but it works fine. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who come through the door. Most of our business is just talking and making sure the papers are correct. It’s a lot of back and forth with the registry office. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late most nights to finish up. It is just how we’ve always done it here in KK Nagar.
