Reliable

Our business, which we simply call Reliable, is located at No.6 Banu Avenue. We are very close to the Sanatorium Railway Station, so you can often hear the trains passing by throughout the day. It’s a sound we’ve all grown used to. The building itself is an older one, and it has some character to it, even if the walls are a bit stained. We’ve been here for several years now, providing various services to the people in this area. We didn't want a complicated name, so we just went with something that described what we try to be. The inside of the shop is practical and set up for work, not for showing off. There are tools and supplies kept in bins, and a small desk where we handle the paperwork. It’s a small operation, usually just a couple of us working at a time. We get a lot of people stopping by on their way to or from the station. Sometimes they’re in a hurry, so we have to work fast. Other times, it's a slow afternoon and we can take our time with a cup of tea. It’s a honest way to make a living in a busy part of town. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that people know where we are and what we do. It’s served us well so far.
